Qualifications: College graduate, fresh graduates AND experienced professionals are acceptedCollege undergraduate, 1-2 yrs of relevant work experience in a call centerExcellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.Knowledge in MS Office applicationsStrong customer focus and adaptability to different personality typesAble to work in multi-shift environment, including holidaysAble to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
