Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in which and agent will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and utilizing computer literacy skills to address customer needs.

Qualifications



at least HS/SHS Graduate with 6 months and up BPO Experience
Open also for College Graduate
with Good English Communication Skills
Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience expertise
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
Experience in a customer service role is a plus
