We are seeking a customer-oriented and highly motivated Call Center Agent to join our team. The Call Center Agent will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to our clients. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining customer satisfaction and the reputation of our company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Provide accurate information and assistance to customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests.
- Follow established call center procedures and scripts to maintain consistency in communication.
- Document all customer interactions, including the nature of the call, actions taken, and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher-tier support or supervisors as needed.
- Meet or exceed performance targets, including call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members and provide support in a fast-paced and dynamic call center environment.
- Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to better assist customers.

Qualifications:
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Some positions may require a college degree for specialized roles).

Experience:
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus but not always required.
