Call Center Agent Local Account (Automotive)

**KEY RESPONSIBILITES**

1.
Initiates outbound calls to listed clients to conduct after sales and after service satisfactory surveys

2.
Receives inbound calls relating to customer inquiries telephonically and escalate gathered information to designated department or dealership

3.
Timely survey of clients to fulfill required quota of 30 successful surveys per day

4.
Preparation of verbatim escalation of client concerns

5.
Accurate transcription of comments culled from survey calls made

6.
Identification of priority issues that will require escalation

7.
Completion of call logs

8.
Produce reports on successful surveys completed

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- With related work experience
- Bachelor's/College Degree or equivalent

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Php16,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
