Duties/Responsibilities:
Responsible for handling large amounts of customer calls. The main responsibility is to provide all the necessary answers and assistance to ensure customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS?
at least HS graduate (old curriculum) / SHS Grad
With at least 1 year of call center experience / 3 months Collection experience
With excellent communication skills
Must reside in cebu
