Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Representative at the STACKph location in Angeles. The Call Center Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, providing customer support, and ensuring customer satisfaction on a day-to-day basis.



Salary up to 14,500-18,500 + 5,500 Allowance

Qualifications

At least 6 months Call center experience
Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
Strong Interpersonal Skills
Computer Literacy
Experience in maintaining high levels of Customer Satisfaction
Ability to multitask and problem-solve efficiently
Excellent communication skills in English
