Call Center Agent

Customer Service Representatives handle concerns and complaints regarding goods and services. In addition to assisting consumers with returns, upgrades, and purchases, they frequently offer guidance and technical support. They typically do their business from residences, call centers, or office settings. Qualifications at least 1 to 3 years in a user-facing or back of house airline industry or travel agency role, and in-depth experience with Sabre/Amadeus GDS
