Qualifications/Requirements
Education:
- At least Senior High School Graduate.
Experience:
- Experience in Sales, Customer Service, Telemarketing, or Collection is an advantage.
- Experience in developing and enacting debt recovery plans.
- Exceptional communication skills with debtors.
- Ability to collaborate on debt collection efforts.
- Experience in tracking down defaulters using databases.
Skills:
- Exceptional record-keeping and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills.
Availability:
- Willing to work six (6) days a week (Weekends not guaranteed off).
