Customer Service Representatives handle concerns and complaints regarding goods and services. QUALIFICATION
- at least HS Graduate
- with 12 months experience in Financial or Banking industry (BPO/Non BPO)
- above average to excellent communication skills in English
- willing to work in shifting schedules
- amenable to work onsite
