**Minimum Qualifications**:

- College Graduate with or without BPO experience
- Completed 2yrs in college/Associate Degree graduate with 6mos BPO intl BPO exp
- 1st yr college undergrad with 1yr intl BPO exp
- HS Graduate with 2yrs BPO experience
