Salary 13- 18k plus

Rice Allowance: 2,000
Complexity Allowance: 3,500


Qualifications


• with at least 3 months call center experience for HS/SHS Graduate.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills


• Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations


• Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, if required


• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service or related fields are a plus.
