Call Center Agent (For Technical Account)

Your day-to-day in a nutshell:
Answering incoming calls from customers
Resolving customer inquiries/requests
Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner
Utilizing various client-based tools and applications for customer management and servicing
Providing cutting-edge service in a friendly, confident and knowledgeable manner

What are we looking for?
Must have at least 1 year Tech account BPO Experience
At least 2nd year College Completer
Can work on site
