Call Center Agent/Customer Service Representative

RESPONSIBILITIES:Answer courteously inbound calls.Respond to customer inquiries.Provide personalized customer service by responding to the needs of the customers.Ensure feedback from the customer to further improve customer services.Manage and update customer databases with the status of each customer.Coordinate with the dispatch team to send products or provide services on time to customers.Build customer loyalty by follow-up of customer calls.Evaluate the problems of the customers and provide logical lasting solutions.Must be:Willing to start ASAPWilling to work in graveyard or shifting scheduleShould be verified 18 years old and aboveGood English communication skillsStrong comprehension skillsNo medical conditions that would impact working at night or on shifting schedulesNo plans to take board/licensure exams (LET, Criminology, etc.) or take review classes**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: Php14,000.00 - Php16,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Paid trainingSchedule:- 8 hour shift- Shift systemSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary- Performance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Baguio, Benguet: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)Application Question(s):**Experience**:- BPO: 1 year (preferred)
