Job Description: Customer Service Representative - Bacolod TASQ Staffing Solutions is currently seeking English-speaking individuals to join their team as customer service representatives at their Bacolod location. As a customer service representative, your main responsibility will be to assist customers by addressing their needs and concerns and providing appropriate solutions. This will involve following company and client policies and processes, understanding customer requirements, clarifying information, and delivering accurate solutions. Building a good relationship with customers and going the extra mile to engage them will be crucial. Proper documentation and maintaining productivity levels will also be part of your duties. There may be opportunities for sales activities, and meeting specific targets will be expected. Please note that this is a full-time position.
