Bachelor of Master's Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science or related fieldAt least 5 years' experience in IS support and maintenance, Business Analysis maintenance, System analysis or related fields.Ability to analyze and synthesize situationsAbility to understand the business constraintsGood communication skills, both written and verbal in EnglishMaintains strong attention to detail in high-pressure situationsAvailable for emergencies on-call support rotations with other team membersCapacity of problem analysis, Capable of learning by himself/herself and self-motivatedGood interpersonal skills, interculturalIntermediate Technical skill on IIS, XML, MS SQL DB,Amazon (Cloud Computing -AWS) (would be advantaged)Requires excellent computer skills and ability to use available technical toolsKnowledge in network configuration would be a plus
