Cad Specialist

Job description 1. Attends meeting with clients to determine the design requirements that shall be considered in the development of the proposal.
2. Can Produce full Architectural detailed design drawings manual and with the use of AutoCad, sketch up, 3d max, photoshop, Lumion, Revit, Twinmotion, and other cad and rendering softwares.
3. Involved in the development of concepts and schematic designs; present ideas, suggestions, and variety of options to meet client requirements.
4. Conduct studies or research regarding the feasibility of proposals. Organizes files and gathered information from conducted studies. Creates a comprehensive report addressed to the Design Manager, Design Officers and others involved.
5. Convene utility and service designs with the architectural elements; foresees future developments and considers the cost of its implementation.
6. Involved in the preparation of as-built drawings for renovation and alteration works.
7. Assists in the preparation of in-house working drawings, drawing details and specifications perspectives and visualization.
8. Compiles data for architectural plans, cost estimates, material specifications, reports, and others.
9. Creates comprehensive plans and perspectives for design presentations photo realistic renders and visualization.
10. Coordinates with contractors and suppliers and provides requested drawings for accurate execution of works.
11. Reviews shop drawings, cost estimates and material recommendations from consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
12. Verify materials, dimensions and methodology specified by the contractor. Ensure that the quality is with accordance to the contract document.
13. Research on design & construction materials and specifications for various project requirements.
