· Collaborates with architects and multi-discipline engineers to discuss design concepts prior to CAD modelling and preliminary design.
· Able to develop fabrication drawings and detailing.
· Adjusts current drawings and recommend changes based on their understanding and knowledge of the project.
· Follows and meets Engineering production schedules.
· Meets all project specifications and formatting within company principles.
· Applies the relevant statutory and technical codes on design drawings.
· Works closely with the Project Engineering Head, project manager, site engineers, quantity surveyor, and land surveyor, to make sure that the design is precise in accordance to technical codes, project specifications, and budget. Also to ensure contract responsibilities are met.
· Accountable for the maintenance of the CAD drawing library.
· Aids in increasing and maintaining quality assurance processes in the production of drawings.
· Prepares presentation materials using CAD graphic software.
Educational Background :
Graduate of BS Engineering major in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or any related course.
Experience: 1 to 4 years combined work experience in engineering and construction industry, proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D and must have the ability to create civil, electrical, mechanical and architectural designs from rough sketches using company standard, symbols and practices Must have knowledge of basic and advanced commands and their structure.
