CAD Operator

Qualifications:
Male/Female.
Graduate of BS Civil Engineering (licensed or not, as long as graduated).
Experience: At least 2–3 years as a CAD Operator in the construction industry (office-based).
Skills:
Proficient in using AutoCAD and SketchUp.
Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
Familiarity with technical construction terms and measuring tape usage.
Traits:
Pleasing personality and appearance.
Good communication skills.
Team player, career-focused, fast learner, and detail-oriented.
Can work with minimal supervision.
Age Limit: Up to 40 years old.
Preferred Location: Candidates residing near Banawe/La Loma, Quezon City, are preferred.
Responsibilities:
Create and modify detailed construction and architectural drawings using AutoCAD and SketchUp.
Analyze technical specifications and implement designs based on project requirements.
Ensure accuracy and compliance with construction standards and regulations.
Collaborate with project teams to address technical queries and improve design efficiency.
Support the team with measurements, calculations, and other technical assistance as needed.
