Cad Operator

Adjust current drawings and recommend changes based on their understanding and knowledge of the project
- Design and draft CAD (computer-aided design) drawings
- Meet all project specifications and formatting within company principles
- Work closely with the AutoCAD Manager, Project Managers, and Project Engineers to make sure that the design is precise
- Accountable for the maintenance of the CAD drawing library
- Review and interpret client specifications
- Conducting research when required.
- Making/ preparing drawings based on the instruction from clients and by request for additional details needed.
- Ensuring drawings are compliant with regulations, quality standards, and engineering principles.
- Calculate dimensions, weight limitations, and requirements in materials.
- With a positive attitude and pleasing personality.
- Keen to details.
- Living or near in Southwoods Biñan Laguna (preferred)
- Willing to travel and/or willing to stay in.
- With at least 2 years of experience in the field.
- Knowledgeable in 2D and 3D.
- Producing proposal 2D detailing and 3D modeling based on sketches given by clients.
- Communicating potential design issues to engineers and architects.
- With Experience in plumbing design.
- Can read plans.
Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dasmariñas, Cavite: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- CAD: 1 year (preferred)
