Experience with 3D CAD focusing on design-for-construction for joinery projects and products. A strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with hard dollar estimating software is a plus. Demonstrated leadership abilities. Possess a deep understanding of developing estimation methodologies, identifying key cost components, conducting bid evaluations, and performing risk analysis. What will you do? Evaluate joinery projects by researching best practices, leveraging knowledge of materials and construction methods. Design products based on customer needs and project requirements, adapting as necessary. Create manufacturing-ready data through modification and communication with project teams. Ensure product quality by overseeing tasks and verifying outcomes against established criteria. Prepare documentation including 3D models and drawings, ensuring all information is accurate. Compile construction drawings and reports based on project data, maintaining compliance with company standards. Manage project data entry and support document control efforts.
