C Sharp Developer Onsite Binan Laguna

•Upgrade legacy applications to conform with company infrastructure standards.
•Conduct root cause analysis on application issues and provide recommendations for improving application performance.
•Provide technical assistance and share expertise with peers.
•Work with end users to define requirements for new applications or enhancements to existing applications.
•Design and develop solutions to meet stakeholders' requirements.
•Document and deploy applications in a timely fashion.
•Work with IT Operations Team for Level 1 support training
•Education: Minimum of Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline is required.
•Programming Experience: 5-8(SR) years of experience in developing applications using the Microsoft Visual Studio development suite, specifically asp.net and C#. Must have demonstrated proficiency in web, web service, and desktop application development.
•Written communication skills: The successful candidate must be able to write clear requirements
design/system specifications, test plans, and end-user documentation.

•Verbal communication skills: The successful candidate must be able to present requirements, designs, test plans, and project status to peers and the management (both foreign and local).
•Team Skills: The successful candidate must have demonstrated success in operating in a collaborative team development environment.
•Industry Standards: Understanding of the software development life cycle using waterfall and/or agile methodologies.
•Database: Must have programming experience with MS SQL, DB2, and/or Oracle databases
design/system specifications, test plans, and end-user documentation.
