**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Procure the necessary requested materials and supplies with the best quality at the lowest possible cost
- Review assigned requisitions and procure items
- Coordinate with end-user and suppliers all required details necessary for accurate delivery of goods
- Negotiate price and delivery with suppliers or contractors and decide on the best deal for the company
- Monitor and expedite delivery of purchase orders and progress/completion of services
- Develop new and maintain a set of reliable dependable business partners through proper vendor qualifying and regular vendor performance evaluation to have a more competitive source of goods & services to benefit the operation
- Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time.
**Qualifications, Skills, and Experience**:

- At least two years of related experience as a buyer
- Required Skill(s): Above-average knowledge in Microsoft Office Operation, Good oral and written communication skills, High-level interpersonal skills, Completes tasks promptly and able to meet tight deadlines, Can interact with the staff at all levels in a fast-paced environment.
Preferably residing in **Norzagaray, Bulacan**
