Responsibilities

Prepares ingredients used for marinating food items

Maintains cleanliness and orderliness in butchery area

Executes and follows scheduled production

Peels, washes, slices and marinates food items according to standard

Handles equipment and utensils

properlyQualifications

With experience in meat cutting

Willing to be assigned in Sudlon, Lahug

Knows basic Food Safety and Food Handling

Knowledge of meat preparation, cuts, and techniques.
