As Business Unit Head, your key tasks would be as below:
Launching new team of Urology and strategizing for ambitious entry into Respiratory market.Working with marketing team to understand market dynamics and prepare marketing plan.Responsible for PnL of the Business unit.Qualification & Experience:Applications are invited from interested candidates who meet the following criteria:
Graduate in Science / Pharmacy & Post Graduate in Marketing.Minimum 15 years' experience in pharma sales & marketing preferably in Urology/Respiratory segment.Should have experience in handling a team.Should have managed P&L.Skills & Knowledge:The potential talent should possess strategic thinking, effective at organizing tasks and motivating others while working under pressure. Further, the candidate should have working knowledge of MS Office.
