Job Description Business Development and SalesStrategy Development: Create and implement strategies to enhance market share.Relationship Building: Cultivate strong ties with clients, consultants, and contractors.Opportunity Identification: Pinpoint and convert major projects over the next 1-3 years.Proposal Management: Lead and manage proposal submissions for large or complex projects, addressing stakeholder concerns.Specification Development: Ensure solutions are well-integrated into project documentation.Client Engagement: Manage client-facing activities to meet revenue and growth targets.Innovative Solutions: Collaborate on creating innovative solutions for clients.Presentation and Representation: Present technical solutions and represent the company at key institutions like the Department of Transportation and Department of Public Works and Highways. Training and DevelopmentMentoring: Provide direction and mentorship to the Sector Head and team members.Technical Leadership: Offer technical guidance on major tenders and proactive proposals.Professional Development: Maintain and enhance technical competence and credibility in the industry. Employee RelationsCommunication: Foster open and effective communication within the team.Workplace Culture: Maintain courteous and productive relationships with team members. Reports and DataCRM Utilization: Ensure all requests, proposals, and reports are based on CRM data. The Successful Applicant Education: Engineering degree (Civil or Mechanical) and a management degree.Experience: With at least 10 years in a leadership role within sales and business development in construction-related industries.Industry Reputation: Strong reputation and network within the infrastructure sector, particularly with government institutions and international engineering consultants.Track Record: Proven success in securing and delivering major infrastructure projects.Government Experience: Experience with DPWH and government projects is a plus.Integrity: High level of integrity and professionalism.People Skills: Demonstrated ability in team development and leadership.Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
