Job Title: Business Unit Finance & Support Head

Overall Objectives: To oversee and manage the financial operations and support functions of the business unit, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and financial targets.To provide strategic financial guidance and support to drive the growth and profitability of the HVAC and NHVAC home appliances division.Key Responsibilities: Oversee the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for the business unit.Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis to support decision-making.Strategic Planning:Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the business unit's objectives and market conditions.Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management to drive business performance.Operational Support:Manage the support functions, including procurement, logistics, and administrative services, to ensure efficient operations.Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.Lead and develop the finance and support teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.Provide training and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.Stakeholder Management:Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for financial and operational initiatives.Manage relationships with auditors, banks, and other financial institutions.Accountabilities: Achieving financial targets and maintaining financial health of the business unit.Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.Providing accurate and timely financial reports and analysis.Managing budgets and resources efficiently to support business operations.Key Relationships: Internal:Commercial Industrial Solutions GroupSales and Marketing TeamsProduct Development TeamProcurement and Logistics TeamsExternal:AuditorsBanks and Financial InstitutionsSuppliers and VendorsRegulatory BodiesQualifications: Strong knowledge of financial management principles and practices.Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.Strategic Thinking:Ability to develop and implement financial strategies that drive business performance.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Leadership Skills:Proven experience in leading and developing finance and support teams.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Operational Knowledge:Understanding of procurement, logistics, and administrative functions.Ability to implement and maintain effective internal controls.Compliance and Risk Management:Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.Ability to manage financial risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
