JOB DESCRIPTION Facilitate process improvement and assist business owners in improving existing processperformance through analysis, experience and employee input in a project environmentBuild and deliver Operational/Delivery Excellence training and coach on businessexcellence principlesAssist organization in the creation, monitoring, measurement and analysis of standardizedprocessesSupport the development and implementation of a formal management review of KeyPerformance/Operating results, and train and coach all functional areas on measurementprinciplesProvide support/input to weekly and/or monthly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reportsand review meetingsFacilitate and/or participate in cross functional Process Improvement Initiatives and rootcause analysisImplement strategic quality direction into operational guidelines and practices and supportongoing expansion of the quality culture across the organizationProvide support to develop support assets, e.g., tracking tool for operational excellencesuccess stories, tracking of root cause/lessons learned from actual delivery experiences,etc.Communicate to key management stakeholders on salient quality issues and businessopportunities JOB QUALIFICATIONS Open to Bachelors Degree or undergraduates with relevant experience.Must have minimum at least 3 years of relevant experience in BusinessExcellence/Business Transformation/Operational Excellence/ContinuousImprovement/Process Improvement under Finance and AccountingExperience in BPO industryHandling clients isn't required and must focus on how candidates are able to communicateeffectively, handle certain situations and thoroughly express knowledge on six sigma.Applicants with experiences in dealing and leading internal projects are acceptable.Led more than 1 Value Stream Mapping activitySix Sigma Green Belt Certified or Trained
