Business Systems Analyst

LOCATION: Alabang
SCHEDULE: 8am to 5:48pm
WORK SETUP: Onsite

QUALIICATIONS:
* Graduate of any Bachelors Degree course
* Minimum 2-years experience in software development and deployment, business analysis, project management, and process improvement, and computer systems validation
* Minimum 2 years Systems Analysis and Functional Design using Agile development methodology
* Extensive experience in delivering enterprise level IT implementation support services
* Real Estate & Construction, Tenancy and Leasing, Finance and Supply Chain experience is a strong plus


Technical
1. Analyze System Requirements
a. Analyze and document user requirements
b. Conduct impact assessment and draw-up proposal
c. Work closely with the technical team for the development of the proposed change

2. Configuration Management of System Build-up Parameters
• Configure business requirements of users into the system
• Maintain documentation of the system properties and environment variables

3. Ensure solution or system quality compliance
• Build test scenarios in the context of the business process – which in turn would be used by QA Analysts to draw out positive and negative test cases.
• Set-up test environment and initiate test data creation.
• Lead the QA analysts and testers verify if application works as expected and resolve issues that may be related to requirements' interpretation and assumptions

4. Provide Implementation/Roll-out Support
a. Provide support in delivering the system into production via established changed management/version control processes
b. Provide support to users during system roll-out
c. Provide support during system turn-over to the maintenance team.
