JOB DESCRIPTION: - To provide comprehensive administrative, operational, and technical support to various departments within the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of business processes, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Administrative Support:
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
Prepare and maintain accurate records, files, and documentation.
Assist with travel arrangements, expense reports, and other logistical tasks.

Operational Support:
Data Management: Collect, clean, and analyze data to identify trends and insights.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Project Support: Assist with project planning, execution, and monitoring.
Technical Support: Provide basic technical support to users, including troubleshooting software and hardware issues.

Customer Support:
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.

SKILLS: - Strong Business Acumen: A solid understanding of core business principles and processes.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Problem-Solving Skills: A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.

Experience in a multinational or global organization.
Certification in project management or business analysis.
Experience with [specific software or tools, e.g., CRM, ERP, project management tools].

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS (MAIN DEVICE): Processor: Core i3 or Ryzen 3 and above (5th Gen) or AMD equivalent. The use of mobile phones or tablets is not accepted.
RAM: 8 GB and above
Storage: 112 GB
Internet Connectivity: 20 MBPS and above (both for Download and Upload Speed)
