Job DescriptionThis position is responsible for ensuring that all accounts in portfolio renew, undertaking front to end account management process:
Providing quality service to satisfy clientServing as the conduit of the client with all units in PhilCareComputing rates of benefits package, in consultation with Actuarial DepartmentConducting after sales presentations and orientation sessions for clients regarding their benefits coverage and access proceduresIt serves as the channel between the client and all units/staff in PhilCare.It is also responsible for backroom responsibilities of monitoring accounts and logging and safekeeping all communications with clientsRequirementsMinimum Education: College graduate, preferably from a Medical Services Course or Business Administration Experience Required: At least 1 year experience in Sales preferably under Insurance or HMO
Technical: Knowledge of medical cases and termsUniversal: Oral and Written Communication Skills; Skill ready in MS Office ApplicationsCritical Traits: Effective Interpersonal Communication; Friendly; Attention to Details; Time Management SkillsWorking LocationIf the position requires you to work overseas, please be vigilant and beware of fraud.
