The Business Retention Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to retain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsibilities: Meets account persistency of more than 90% both in annual membership fees and in headcount Monitors and oversees all the activities of the Business Retention Officers (BRO's) Distributes accounts portfolio based on the assigned Team portfolio Reviews account portfolio and plans renewal strategies by evaluating renewals at least 3-4 months prior approvals to ensure monthly renewals are met within targets. Monitors after sales servicing of the BRO's by checking daily their deliverables to ensure quality service to clients. Maps out strategies for all accounts to achieve persistency targets and recommends the same to top Management Coordinates with the different servicing units to ensure that the needs and requirements for corporate accounts are met. Assist the Assistant Vice President in planning and implementing activities to sustain interest, enhance appreciation of corporate accounts with their health plan and consequently conserve their membership with the company Assists the Business Retention Officer when they can no longer handle the tasks at hand. Handles verbal and written queries and complaints of corporate accounts Participate in high level negotiations for the renewal of major accounts. Validates and evaluates proposals to be sent to clients by checking related document Other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time Qualifications: University degree graduate At least 4-5 years experience in account management in an HMO industry Knowledge of MS Office applications Financial Analytical skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Great attention to detail Flexibility different and new ways of doing things, modifies preferred way of doing things when appropriate Integrity – maintains social, ethical and organizational norms in job-related activities, trustworthy, walks his talk Can work in a team / fosters team work Results-oriented, with good analytical skills and tech savvy Job Type: Full-time
