Details of the offer

Role Overview
• Full Time employee, for regularization after successful initial 6 month tenure
• Directly reporting to Head of Operations
• Currently work location: work-from-home interim. Team huddles over zoom.
On site meetings and programs will be duly advised.
Job Purpose
Manage day to day customer requirements including primarily acquisition of new
customers including customer care
We will count on you
• Oversee Customer Care from Acquisition to Customer Support
• Calling diligently NEW customers to adopt and use our mobile application
• Manage time and data resourcefully to hit targets
• Creative outreach to various associations that can potentially have large
customer base who require Doctors and general medical services
• Creative outreach via other digital platforms including but not limited to social
sites to ensure brand visibility
• Active in exercising brand awareness in all possible engagements physical
and online
• Pro-active in introducing new strategies to enhance brand retention to new
and current customers
• Drive app adoption and usage of customers
• Care Management for a remarkable customer experience
• Project Management/Contract Management for specific projects relating to
Customer Drive/Customer Acquisitions, Projects and events
• Reporting: provide updates on Pre, Actual and Post activities related to
customer engagements
• Lead the Administrative support to ensure customer satisfaction and
business growth
What you need to have
• Degree/Bachelor or equivalent
• At least a solid experience in Corporate Environment
• At least a solid background in Health and Wellness related

This role will be within Operations Team and will have direct line to Head of

Remuneration
• Available for negotiation during offer stage
• FREE Fixed mobile line, post paid, paid monthly by haws
• Additional allowance for WFH set up of Upto PHP2,000/month
• Offer variable upon assessment, dependent on skills and experience.
