QUALIFICATIONS: Male or Female not more than 35 years old.College Graduate.At least 2 years experience in Supplier & Client crisis management.Excellent English communication skills.Knowledgeable in sales and incident report presentations.Above average MS Office Skills (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, and other applications, etc).Resident of Metro Manila. Responsibilities include: Client Relationship Management: responsible for understanding the needs and expectations of clients and ensuring that the products or services provided by the company meet those requirements. This involves regular communication with clients, addressing their concerns, and proactively seeking feedback to improve customer satisfaction.Partnership Development: BRMs work to identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with other businesses or organizations that can mutually benefit from collaboration. This may involve negotiating contracts, developing joint marketing initiatives, and coordinating activities to achieve shared goals.Supplier Relations: BRMs manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services, negotiate favorable terms and pricing, and resolve any issues or disputes that may arise. Building strong supplier relationships is crucial for maintaining a reliable supply chain.Stakeholder Engagement: BRMs engage with various stakeholders, including government agencies, industry associations, community groups, and regulatory bodies, to represent the interests of the company and promote positive relationships. This may involve participating in industry events, advocacy efforts, and corporate social responsibility initiatives.Conflict Resolution: BRMs act as a mediator in resolving conflicts or disagreements between the company and its stakeholders.
