Business / Product Support Analyst - Makati - Start Asap

SALARY RANGE: Below ?40,000
WORK LOCATION: Makati City
AVAILABILITY: Must be ASAP and willing to stay for LONG-TERM

- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, and/or Computer Science
- Extensive work experience in any business operations / analysis
- Must be knowledgeable in business analysis, project management and process improvement implementation
- Must be exposed to project lifecycle
- Should be able to work with minimum supervision and must be able to express oneself well both oral and written
- Must possess soft and hard skills on customer service, decision making, facilitation, supervisory skills and professionalism
