Business Process Supervisor
- Demonstrate effective time management, coordination, organizational skills, and the ability to handle pressure while maintaining accuracy of all business process standardization program.
Interact with Process Managers/ Owners handling large change projects/organizational development initiatives that require documentation, processing, approval, awareness, assessment, research, and organizing a significant volume of documented information within a short timeframe.
Act as Documented Information Control Specialist.
Qualifications:
Female/ Male, 24 to 28 y.o willing to travel
Graduate of Business, Industrial Engineering, and Information Systems
At least 6 months of experience handling business process documentation and improvement
At least 3 months exposure on management systems certification and internal quality audits.
Strong IT skills in MS office including visio, word, excel, word, notes & project.
Good attention to detail, trainable and possess high level of work integrity.
Has an enabling ability to steer others and do multitasking in a highly organized manner.
Excellent communication/ collaboration skills.
Proficient technical writing and typing skills.
Minute taking and actionable points tracking/ follow through.
Tasks List:
1. Ensure prioritization, review and approval of all policies, processes, procedures and
related documented information documentation flow are within the set business
process objectives. 2. Capture, and validates document drafts for changes or new set of information for
inclusion to the company's documented management system in conformity with the
Business Process Standards (BPS) and management mandates.
3. Reviews and verifies documents/ records to ensure the active documentation and
record retention complies with internal quality control practices
4. Systematize document storage and access to make them available throughout the
authorized levels in the organization.
5. Maintain verity of the document management system (DMS) from process
development, improvement to archive stages.
6. Ensure authorized access control and tracking of all document revisions, disposal,
retention and searchability, including trackers/ dashboards for management escalation
and reporting.
7. Update the documented information system that is kept in the organization's specific
circulation and storage platform.
8. Leads business process improvement, management reviews, kaizen breakthrough and
bridges gap between business process interfaces.
9. Carry out learning sessions, site verification, process walkthrough, and focused group
discussions with process owners, steering committees and working teams to ensure
adherence and implementation of the documented management system.
10. Attends management team meetings, conferences, and external events for BPS
benchmarking & research, and training/ development programs
11. Perform other tasks as assigned by the immediate superior.
