Job Description Be responsible and accountable for setting and advancing the strategy of the departments in line with Company's strategic plans and direction. Contribute to the overall leadership and management of the Company. Develop and sustain appropriate structures for management, consultation, decision-making, and communication with employees. Promote and represent the Company both internally and externally. Refresh and develop new programs in order to attract new employees and markets. Engender a culture of excellence, cooperation, and respect both within and beyond the department. Make effective use of all resources and seek opportunities for collaboration and joint working with others beyond the department and beyond the Company.
