Business Process Improvement Supervisor

Responsibilities: Manage process improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the organization. Work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and develop actionable plans. Assess performance metrics and operational data to drive decision-making and improve business outcomes. Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to identify issues and generate innovative solutions. Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of results, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet goals. Prepare reports and presentations for senior management, detailing project status, outcomes, and recommendations. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to maintain the organization competitive edge and drive innovation. Requirements: Certified Master Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma or related quality management certification. Must have at least 1 to 3 years of experience in project management within the Revenue Cycle Management industry or BPO companies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of successfully leading process improvement initiatives. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and motivating teams. Proficiency in data analysis tools and project management software. Must be willing to work flexible schedules (including weekends and holidays) Job Type: Full-time
