Primary Responsibilities
Identify opportunities for the tower, business unit and process; create inference and analytics; provide recommendation for improvement; support execution through the use of 6 sigma methodologyRecommend improvement in the OE and PE framework that will direct to OE maturityImplement and manage appropriate program policies and procedures that would contribute to a culture of operational excellence in the GSSCOwn and drive Lean and Six SigmaServes as a SME on continuous improvement/6 sigma/productivity/quality management systemBuild and maintain effective partnership with local and onshore stakeholdersEffectively manage continuous improvement programs for the center – idea generation, quality and six sigma trainingsDevelop and support holistic continuous improvement plan and quality tools following the DMAIC/PDCA approachReport critical and non-critical service delivery performance incorporated with analysis, recommendation and action planConduct training (Six Sigma & Lean) for potential candidatesFacilitate client workshops to understand current processes and identify onshore improvement opportunitiesDesign implementation roadmap and business case for the customerUnderstand how systems are affected by business process changeTake on concurrent initiatives based on resource requirementsUtilize leading practice methods & tools to conduct 'as – is 'documentation and design 'to-be' processes when necessaryConduct coaching and mentoring sessionDevelop and maintain effective working relationship with the teamEnsure all direct reports have development plan and PMPProvide sufficient guidance and direction to Process Excellence SpecialistsPerform ongoing reviews to ensure customer requirements are met
Required Education
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
Required Experience
• 5 years relevant experience
Required Licenses/Certifications
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification, Process Excellence certification

Preferred Education
• Master's Degree
Preferred Experience
5 years experience in Financial Services, preferably Insurance industryWorking experience in a consulting environment preferred
Preferred Knowledge
Advanced knowledge in data management and process/MISKnowledge in Lean/Six Sigma, Quality ManagementKnowledge & usage of MinitabExpert knowledge of risk and internal control concepts and experience in applying them to plan, perform, manage and report on the evaluation of various business processes /areas/functions.Expert understanding of definition, implementation and analysis of metrics and providing insightsKnowledge of Agile, various Estimation Models, Testing approachesKnowledge of Process ExcellenceKnowledge of Project ManagementKnowledge of Financial Services, and preferably the Insurance industry
