Job Description
Primary Responsibilities
• Identify opportunities for the tower, business unit and process; create inference and analytics; provide recommendation for improvement; support execution through the use of 6 sigma methodology
• Recommend improvement in the OE and PE framework that will direct to OE maturity
•Implement and manage appropriate program policies and procedures that would contribute to a culture of operational excellence in the GSSC
• Own and drive Lean and Six Sigma
•Serves as a SME on continuous improvement/6 sigma/productivity/quality management system
• Build and maintain effective partnership with local and onshore stakeholders
•Effectively manage continuous improvement programs for the center – idea generation, quality and six sigma trainings
• Develop and support holistic continuous improvement plan and quality tools following the DMAIC/PDCA approach
• Report critical and non-critical service delivery performance incorporated with analysis, recommendation and action plan
• Conduct training (Six Sigma & Lean) for potential candidates
• Facilitate client workshops to understand current processes and identify onshore improvement opportunities
• Design implementation roadmap and business case for the customer
• Understand how systems are affected by business process change
• Take on concurrent initiatives based on resource requirements
• Utilize leading practice methods & tools to conduct 'as – is 'documentation and design 'to-be' processes when necessary
•Conduct coaching and mentoring session
• Develop and maintain effective working relationship with the team
• Ensure all direct reports have development plan and PMP
• Provide sufficient guidance and direction to Process Excellence Specialists
• Perform ongoing reviews to ensure customer requirements are met
Required Education
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
Required Experience
• 5 years relevant experience
Required Licenses/Certifications
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification, Process Excellence certification

Preferred Education
• Master's Degree
Preferred Experience
• 5 years experience in Financial Services, preferably Insurance industry
•Working experience in a consulting environment preferred
Preferred Knowledge
• Advanced knowledge in data management and process/MIS
• Knowledge in Lean/Six Sigma, Quality Management
• Knowledge & usage of Minitab
• Expert knowledge of risk and internal control concepts and experience in applying them to plan, perform, manage and report on the evaluation of various business processes /areas/functions.
• Expert understanding of definition, implementation and analysis of metrics and providing insights
• Knowledge of Agile, various Estimation Models, Testing approaches
• Knowledge of Process Excellence
• Knowledge of Project Management
• Knowledge of Financial Services, and preferably the Insurance industry
