Business Process Analyst

**Responsibilities**
- Review any new process changes/update and roll out - all lines of businesses
- Manage existing process flow and create any new process flow if needed
- Monitor agent's productivity and track KPI / attendance consistently
- Good attitude and easy to grasp instructions
- Possesses Efficiency, productivity and initiative
- Well-developed time management skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Send any daily/weekly reports to the Team
- Monitor any outgoing reports to ensure all required information are stated properly
- Manage Knowledge Base

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills - both written and verbal - in both English and another language (or two)
- Must have experience as an Executive Assistant/Team Administrator
- Excellent communication skill - very important as he/she will engage day-to-day communication with the team

**Salary**: Php15,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month
