Business Process Analyst

Graduate of BS Industrial Engineering or any related course.
- Responsible for developing processes.
- Will create metric to monitor and improve performance of process.
- Will attend process issues and recommend solution.
- Review customer complaints to identify root cause and implement effective corrective actions.
- Will perform risks and opportunities assessment.
- Will work together with Quality Manager for continually improving the Quality Management System of the company.
