- Responsible for targeting completion of process improvement projects within a specified time frame while achieving a cost reduction goal.
- Actively lead projects and provide individual contributions after key projects have been identified.
- Provides management with process improvement status report and updates, feedback, and appropriate reporting on key responsibilities and objectives.
- Prepares monthly process improvement scorecard reports.
- Coordinates communication activities and market the process to management
- Oversees the implementation of process improvements by conducting quality check audits.
- Facilitates training on the business and operation processes
- Facilitates process mapping
- Analyzes existing process
- Designs correct and new process
- Develops processes based on agreement with stakeholders

**Job Qualification**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or any related course
- 2 or more years' work experience in process improvement
- Proven process improvement skill
- Good oral and written communication

**Salary**: Php28,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
