Bachelor's Degree in computer, IT Management field or equivalent related experience is preferred.
ITIL Certified (Foundation or higher)
Strong communication skills- both verbal and written
Detail-oriented
Above average analytical and problem solving skills.
Organizational and Project Management skills
Ability to strive for and achieve Execution / Operational Excellence.
A thorough understanding of the latest process enhancement strategies
Experience working with compliance, audit, outside regulators, and other support organizations while participating in providing solutions in support of the business objectives On the job you will:?
Assess business requirements and make-evidence based recommendations to support process improvements
Analyze MITDC processes and procedures
Conduct regular audit on process compliance, to identify any internal inefficiencies
Lead periodic Governance on Compliance
Assist Process Owners in analyzing, designing, and implementing business processes to effect change , especially when new policies and procedures are introduced.
Assist (where required) in interpreting complex data and business metrics for relevant stakeholders
Train and Develop employees on ITIL processes
Perform process mapping and re-engineering
Document procedures, policies, and present new process designs to stakeholders for discussion
Performs tasks assigned from time to time
