ES - Agents Positions (CSR)
Qualifications:
a. Bachelor's Degree or completed 2 years in college (depending on the account's qualifications)
b. With 1-2 years BPO Experience
c. Open to seasonal accounts
Responsibilities:
• Excellent communication and phone skills, with an ability to think and react to situations
confidently
• Demonstrate ability to identify opportunities, develop account strategies, and negotiate creative
solutions
• Appropriately communicate brand and corporate position, foster and maintain excellent customer
relationship and build rapport in every customer contact via telephony or written correspondence
• Able to create a need and emphasize product/service features and benefits, quote prices, discuss
credit terms, and prepare sales order forms and/or reports for existing customers utilizing web based
tools or proprietary software Experience in sales and client account management is a must. Sales and
marketing experience in the sports and entertainment industry is preferred
