Job Purpose The Business Partnership Specialist/Manager plays a pivotal role in cultivating and enhancing iTrust's relationships with business associations, partners, and vendors, with a primary focus on promoting and distributing the iTrust platform.
In the first 90 days, the specialist is tasked with developing and implementing robust strategies to introduce iTrust to potential partners, ensuring they comprehend its unique features and recognize the mutual benefits of promoting it to their networks. Through strategic distribution, collaborative marketing initiatives, and partner engagement, the specialist aims to broaden iTrust's reach, enhance its market presence, and facilitate its adoption among varied business entities.
Transitioning into a managerial role, the individual will further refine partnership strategies, explore new market segments, and ensure the sustained success and growth of established partnerships, contributing significantly to iTrust's market penetration and revenue generation. This role demands a blend of strategic thinking, operational prowess, and relationship management to navigate the complexities of partnership development and management.
Job Duties Stage 1: Business Partnership Specialist Duration: 0-90 days Strategic Distribution and Promotion:Platform Promotion: Develop and implement strategies to promote the iTrust platform among business associations and potential partners.Distribution Strategy: Identify and engage with potential partners and associations that can distribute and promote the free iTrust platform, ensuring they comprehend its value and utility for their constituents.Collaborative Marketing: Work with marketing teams to create materials and campaigns that effectively communicate the benefits of iTrust to potential partners and their audiences.Event Participation: Represent (or delegate representation of) iTrust in various events, webinars, and forums to enhance visibility among potential partners and associations.Feedback Collection: Engage with current and potential partners to gather feedback on the iTrust platform and identify areas for improvement or enhancement.Partnership Proposals: Develop and present partnership proposals to potential partners, outlining the benefits and responsibilities of promoting iTrust to their audiences.Communication Strategy: Develop a communication strategy to keep partners informed about updates, enhancements, and news related to the iTrust platform, ensuring continuous engagement.Stage 2: Strategic Partnerships Manager Duration: 90 days onwards (subject to performance review)
Strategic Partnership Development: Identify, evaluate, and establish strategic relationships with new partners and vendors to enhance service offerings and market reach.Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations on contracts, terms, and conditions with vendors and partners to secure advantageous agreements.Compliance and Reporting: Ensure partners and vendors adhere to contractual obligations, quality standards, and regulatory requirements, and prepare comprehensive reports on their performance.Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform partnership strategies and initiatives.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, technical) to leverage partner resources effectively and ensure the successful execution of joint projects.Advanced Strategy Development: Develop and refine strategies for expanding iTrust's reach and impact through partnerships, considering the platform's predictive risk ratings, compliance monitoring, and other features.
