Business Operations Manager - Sales

Oversee a seamless sales order process to drive the organization's growth and ensure high customer satisfaction by supporting the Sales team in delivering quality and timely orders.
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Manage Sales Operations functions and align ERP systems with business processes.
-Develop and implement reporting tools (e.g., BI) to provide accurate and timely data.
-Monitor and ensure quality in the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process, including KPI tracking.
-Lead, train, and develop the Sales Operations team to maintain high performance and morale.
-Allocate resources effectively to support market growth and handle order management for new stores, rollouts, and smallwares.
-Serve as a liaison between customers and internal departments to resolve complaints and improve customer satisfaction.
-Support AR collection efforts through timely invoice submissions and resolution of conflicts.
-Contribute to strategic planning as part of the Management Team

Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
-With 8 years of relevant working experience
-With 5 years of managerial experience in a manufacturing industry
-Proven experience in Project Management and Sales Operations
-Proficiency in ERP systems and business reporting tools
-Customer-focused mindset with experience in complaint resolution.
-Amenable to work in Malvar, Batangas
