**Job Overview**:

- Monitoring officer monitors real time Business data to detect incidents to identify internal issues and prevent advantage play.
**Responsibilities**:

- Monitoring officers perform a number of specific duties as part of business Monitoring efforts.
- Real time monitoring of business data
- Proactively monitor the health of the client Operational status and rapidly identifying issues
- Coordinate promptly with Department Head and other stakeholders for any anomaly
- Analyze data for product and provide initial investigation of the event
- Assist in the daily ongoing support for data validation

**Requirements**:

- Preferably with experience in gaming related (Studio/Casino)
- Must be technically and scientifically minded and capable to understand business flows and concepts.
- Must have a thorough knowledge of relevant regulations and laws pertaining to the field, as well as related technologies and marketing
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Able and willing to work multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize and work under pressure with tight deadlines.
- Ability to relay and receive information both verbally and written.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to effectively communicate.
- Proven logical and analytical skills in the monitoring service environment.
**Salary**: Php18,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
