Business Manager (E-Commerce)

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Manager with exceptional English language proficiency and a solid background in investment recruitment, preferably within the e-commerce sector, particularly with platforms like Shopee and Lazada. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and directing business operations, including identifying investment opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving strategic growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage business development efforts, including identifying and cultivating investment opportunities within the e-commerce sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential investors, partners, and clients.
Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of business strategies.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform decision-making.
Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal.
Able to find brand supplier for company.
Preferably, experience in the e-commerce sector, particularly with platforms like Shopee and Lazada.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.

Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
Additional certifications or qualifications are a plus.
