What you will do: Dive deep into user engagement metrics to uncover insights into user behavior that drive and influence product strategy. Craft, fine-tune, monitor, and optimize in-app campaigns including email, in-app banners, and product tours using leading customer messaging platforms. Collaborate with product management to bring feature prototypes to life using real customer data, create dashboard visualizations, use leading BI tools, and generate spreadsheet reports. Present your findings and analysis in compelling reports and visual presentations that can be shared with team members, upper management, and outside stakeholders. Who you are: Strong background in data analysis, statistical analysis, and data visualization. Proficiency in SQL, BI tools like Tableau or Power BI, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. 2-3 years of experience in product analysis roles. Programming experience and familiarity with APIs is a plus. Knowledge of customer messaging platforms such as Intercom or email campaigns, messaging flows, and product tours is an advantage.
