**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Support BI Users currently using the BI Platform.
- Monitor daily load processes in our BI Solution.
- Incident analysis, communication, and resolution
- Transfer knowledge actively to the other team members as well as the Operations & Support team

**JOB QUALIFICATION**

You will have the following competencies to perform the essential functions of this position:

- Basic SQL knowledge
- Basic Power BI knowledge
- Basic Azure Cloud knowledge
- Analytical Skills: ability for systematic and rational analysis to identify the root cause of problems.
- People skills: able to work within an international environment, service-minded and team-oriented
